- I had the pleasure of staying at Bay Gardens a
couple of weeks ago and I just wanted to thank you so much for making our stay in St.
Lucia such a pleasure...... I Know well how hard it is to
run anything , even more so a hotel, and you certainly do it very well......
The room was very comfortable, I particularly liked the kettle
for coffee in the early morning! The Front Office staff were very helpful and the hotel is
spotless. We enjoyed many good breakfasts and several lunches too........
Thank you for allowing us to check in before 12 noon on the
Saturday. We will certainly return to St. Lucia, and to the Bay Gardens. I have
recommended it to Mr. ...

- Today we have to go back to Germany, but a part of
our heart will stay home on St. Lucia.......
- We had a nice honeymoon on this island and you and your
service team give us the feeling: 'We are always welcome'. We have seen many hotels around
the world, but there is none of them like this. It has to do with the heart of the people
who are working here. Our special thanks to the service team at breakfast, lunch and
dinner.

Lastly, my accommodations at the Bay Gardens Hotel was
excellent. The Bay Gardens' staff were all very professional as they catered to all of my
personal needs. The food was very good and the price was very reasonable. I would
recommend that you continue to use that hotel in the future as it was good value for
money.
